What happens next?
We will contact all ‘booked’ customers in sequence of ticket number to arrange their experience dates. There will be a choice of morning or afternoon slots, on weekdays and weekends.
When confirming your experience dates, we’ll ask you for the number of ‘flying’ guests and non-flying guests. x 4 is the maximum number of guests on one booking (the sim time slot is divided by the number of guests wishing to ‘fly’).
Once the date and time of your 744 Experience is confirmed, a Boarding Card will be emailed to you. At this time we will send a brief for arrival on the day.
On the day of your booking, please arrive at least 15 mins before the booked time slot with your Boarding Card (and no earlier than 30 mins before). Please wear comfortable, flat-soled shoes (no heels or sandals).
744 Experience is open throughout the year, excluding Bank Holidays.
